No error appear on https://microsoft.com/devicelogin and I get the confirmation on this web page that the phone is nw connected to this SIP gateway, but on the VVX itself nothing happens. Anyone else have issue dealing with CAP account? Thanks"
Can you please check if the phone shows up under the Common Area phone stab on Teams Admin Center? The device login app doesn't display any error messages at this point, we are working on that. One possible reason could be that your common area account may not be enabled via policy for SIP Gateway. See Configure SIP Gateway - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs for more details. If the issue persists, please reach out to support and share device logs to help us investigate further.
