@ Stefan Schönleber -- Re. delegates being able to manage settings on behalf of the manager - We do have plans to enable this in our backlog. I don't have a firm timeline to share yet, but would love to check back with you to validate our designs as we get a bit closer to execution.
wrall - Plans to enable first a default music on hold are underway (no customizability yet for the first version of this) - and potentially adding customizability later.
Steve Whitcher - yup, totally makes sense. We do plan to add the ability to pull down a menu of numbers you can dial both in that contact card experience inside Calls, and inside the Transfer dialog. Stay tuned as we get closer to executing this.
Andrew Morpeth -- I passed on your UV post to the right folks to look at, there's some quite detailed feedback in there. We'll work with them to light up things like Reverse Number Lookup (currently works on Desktop for Outlook contacts, but plans to enable AAD based contacts are in design right now) - thanks so much for that detailed feedback
