DocumentsCorePack, an add-on from Microsoft partner PTM EDV Systeme and published in AppSource, simplifies, optimizes, and automates document processes for every industry, in any department. Microsoft interviewed Ferdinand von Gaisberg, Senior IT Application Analyst at Geberit, to learn what he had to say about the solution.
What do you like best about DocumentsCorePack?
The DocumentsCorePack (DCP) service enables us to achieve an effective division of work between the specialists in our markets and the central IT department. Markets create templates and execute configurations, and IT sets up the respective one-click actions.
How has DocumentsCorePack helped your organization?
Geberit uses email first in customer communication if possible. With the DCP service we can optimally combine email and letter dispatch as a single or batch dispatch (manually triggered), integrated in Microsoft Customer Insights (Journey), with the DCP Connector in Flows also as part of our inbound record fulfilment. Never one click more than absolutely necessary.
How is customer service and support?
To be honest, I don't know of any other manufacturer that has supported us so well since the first installation, whenever we need it. The extensive knowledge base and the extended service across half the globe has often helped us a lot, and the personal connection between supplier and customer has always been a positive experience.
Any recommendations or insights to other users considering DCP?
Get to grips with all the possibilities DocumentsCorePack offers. Don't stop after you've implemented your first use case; there are so many more use cases you can simplify.
