In the Live Events series I opened with a quick discussion of Live Events use cases (see Office 365 Live Events Use Cases – Michael on the Go). In this 2nd video of the 5 part series I demonstrate what it takes to set up and deliver a rich Live Events webcast using nothing more than a laptop and Microsoft Teams. Teams delivered webcasts are ideal for organizations that want to enable the staff to train large numbers of users but have neither sophisticated broadcast equipment/software or webcast domain expertise and support for trainers.
In this video I demonstrate:
- Scheduling a Microsoft Teams delivered Live Events Webcast
- Joining the broadcast as an event producer/presenter within Teams
- Setting up and initializing the broadcast from Teams
- Browser only access to the event as an attendee
- Event interaction between event producers/presenters and attendees.
