a) The data from the documents do NOT flow to Azure Open AI. In the article, it states "The Azure OpenAI Service is fully controlled by Microsoft; Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft's Azure environment and the Service does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI (e.g. ChatGPT, or the OpenAI API)."
b) The following diagram is provided in the article.
According to what I found in the article, the data from customers on Azure's platform would NOT move out of their network.
