Bring your own Data to Azure OpenAI: Step-by-Step Guide

I have never seen such a descriptive tutorial so far. 

you have explained each and every step in detail. 

I am trying to upload my own PDF file and create a chat bot. But even after trying more than 10 times , I am stuck in the following error. 

I assume that has to do some permission with respect to authorisation. I waited for allmost 30 minutes , but still the same error. 

I followed the instructions to add “Configure authentication and authorization” but getting the below error message.

I tried to use the option suggest in the above image "Provide the details of an existing app registration" 
But I am not able to find my application ( client ) id , hence I can not proceed. 
Any help in the above matter will be appreciated.
