Migrate, modernize .NET applications with Azure

Hi JeffBobadilla after seeing your response, I went through our documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/app-service/app-service-web-tutorial-connect-msi) again and setup two new container based instances, both .NET Framework and .NET Core, which connect to Azure SQL Databases using System Assigned Managed Identity, deployed them to two new Pv3 App Service Plans in two regions, and can confirm that both are functioning as expected. I'm sorry you're still experiencing issues with your applications when using Managed Identities. Could you try restarting your application and test once more please? If you are still experiencing an issue, please open a support case and we will be able to look deeper at the issue you are experiencing.
