No ESU registration link
Hello, To my knowledge I fulfill all requirements for a ESU free extension as a Windows 10 user from the European Economic Area (EEA) but I've yet to see any links in Windows Update. Since Windows 10 support is supposed to end tomorrow, this is very concerning. Any solutions ? Thank you for your attention.

Hi All, We are managing our Windows 10 workstation fleet using SCCM, with activation handled via KMS. Since we have not yet transitioned to Windows 11, we’ve purchased ESU licenses. Microsoft provides detailed guidance on activating ESU through various methods — including Intune, phone, Internet, and the Volume Activation Management Tool (VMAT) for clients without Internet access — which is very helpful. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/enable-extended-security-updates Does anyone know the best method to enable ESU for enterprise workstations using SCCM/KMS, or through any alternative approach? Win 10 MS Store Unable to Update Apps
Issue: MS Store shows all apps need updating and are in "pending" status. Active download stay at 0% or error out. Troubleshooting: 1) Reset app. 2) Ran troubleshooter. 3) Terminated store app processes, repaired, and reset. 4) Let MS tech remote attempt to fix (deleted store app and reinstalled.) I am currently in the MS Insider program and did not know about it until attempting to troubleshoot my broken MS Store client. I had a MS tech remote in and attempt to resolve it but none of their attempts worked and they put the fault on the Insider. I do not know what to do and have followed the basic troubleshooting for the app and really need this remediated as it is impacting my telework and all of my out of date apps are blocked from loading,
Windows smb client and Zone.Identifier (WSL) authentication problem
hi together, we have an import process which import data from a csv file from a nas. I have change the nas server (from old to new server) and activate smb logging. Now i can see the following problems. We have on the nas a local user for application access and on the windows client side a other local user too (different names). Client machine is windows version 1809 build 17763.6414 (windows 10 enterprise ltsc). 1. problem - wrong Authentication Data for writing "Zone.Identifier" We configred the authentication data in the import process and the process used this data for access to the csv files. But it looks like that windows meta data process don't use this authentication data. I saw in tcpdump pcap file 4 smb sessions. First and secound smb sessions use the authentication data for the access to the 2 csv files. The third smb session use no authentication data. so that the access don't work. Whatevery windows in the third smd session will doing. The fourth smd session use a mix of source maschine name und destination user, which is not correct. I add read/write access for everbody, so that i can see, what is doing in the fourth session. Windows will writing/access to the Zone.Identifier file. 1. smb session: User: <nas>.<domain>\<nas_user> 2. smb session: User: <nas>.<domain>\<nas_user> 3. smb session: User: \ 4. smb session: User: <client machine name>\<nas_user> 2. problem - ignore "Do not preserve zone information in file attachments" setting now i activate this setting, so preventing writing of this kind of informations/files. But the windows client ignoring it. I have reboot the windows client and repeat the import process and windows tried to writing the zone information again. I change the setting about the following way. admin: gpedit.msc -> User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager and than enable the policy named "Do not preserve zone information in file attachments". Is this a know issue or hae sameone any idea? There has been persistent system slowdowns on my windows 10 PC, and after checking Task Manager. I noticed that "Service Host: SysMain" is consistently using 20-40% of my CPU, even after I boot it. The specs on the PC : Windows 10 pro Intel core i5. 8gb ram. 1tb hdd. is it safe to permanently disable SysMain on a system with an HDD? will it affect boot times or app performance long term? What can I do to reduce SysMain's resource usage rather than disabling it completely ?
Window10, Update in Setting dont work correctly
The PC Health Check tool showed that my system meets the requirements. However, the Windows 11 Installation Assistant says I need to update to Windows 10 version 2004 or higher before I can upgrade to Windows 11. But when I open Windows Update, the window doesn’t display anything. What should I do to upgrade to Windows 11? I want to keep my software and data, so I don’t want to install from an ISO file.
