No ESU registration link

Hello,

To my knowledge I fulfill all requirements for a ESU free extension as a Windows 10 user from the European Economic Area (EEA) but I've yet to see any links in Windows Update. Since Windows 10 support is supposed to end tomorrow, this is very concerning.

Any solutions ?

Thank you for your attention.

The Extended Security Updates (ESU) program for Windows 10 provides customers with a more secure option to continue using their Windows 10 PCs after October 14, 2025, while they transition to Windows 11. The ESU program helps reduce the risk of malware and cybersecurity attacks by providing access to critical and important security updates.

If you’re in the EEA and meet the prereqs, the ESU link usually appears only after you’re fully up to date, signed into a Microsoft account, and (weirdly important) have “Get Windows updates as soon as they’re available” toggled on—then check Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update or open the ESU enrollment from Microsoft’s page (the link shows there when eligible).

Same issue on my PC. Although all requirements seem to be met, a registration for ESU doesn't appear in my Windows Update settings:

    Windows Version:   22H2 (Build 19045.6456)

    Critical Windows Update installed: KB5046613

    Hardware:
    Prozessor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz   2.50 GHz

Is anybody able to support us?
