1 TopicShifts not displaying new name after name change
Hi, my organisation was building out schedules in Shifts for Teams using placeholder names waiting for new staff members to be assigned, now they have been , we have renamed the users in 365 users but Shifts isn't picking up the new names. This is a real issue, for us as we have dozens of schedules to move across to new users if we have to create new users for each and copy and paste shifts across. Opened a case, no response. Any suggestions? I appreciate this is not necessarily how the system was intended to be used, but people change their names!
