Calculate date based on current years week number and specific week day
Hi, Is there any way to, in a sharepoint list, calculate a date based on 2 columns containing (1)current years week number and (2)a specifik week day. Current year=2023 Column1: 28 Column2: Tis (Tuesday) The calculated date for current year would be 11072023 (DDMMYYY). This is for a planning tool, presented in powerapps, where a great deal of the events repeats every year. In order for me to highlight events in future I need a date. I was able to do it in PowerApps (calculate date based on said columns) but I have problem using/reaching that date more than presenting it, if I had that date in a column from the data source I thought it would be easier.
Power Apps and SharePoint - Exceeds the list view threshold
I have a list in sharePoint where the record quantity is already exceeding 5000 records. When I try to access the application created in PowerApps where I consult the list, it sends me the following error message "The operation that was attempted is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold." For immediate resolution remove test records from SharePoint list but would like to know if it is sufficient to resolve the problem or if there are other measures that can be taken into consideration. Hallo! Ich hätte eine Frage an die Profis. Wir haben in Sharepoint eine einfache Urlaubsantragsliste erstellt und mit Flow einen Genehmigungsvorgang erstellt. Mail an Vorgesetzten der klickt auf genehmigen und eine Mail geht an den Ansucher und an die HR Abteilung. Soweit so gut. Jetzt ist es so, dass jeder Mitarbeiter jeden Eintrag in der Liste sieht! Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das man das einschränkt? Andererseits soll in einer Kalenderansicht allgemein sichtbar sein wer gerade in Urlaub ist. Wir verwenden Office 365 und in den Exchange Einstellungen kann man ja auch einen Vorgesetzten eintragen, kann man diesen Vorgesetzten automatisch übernehmen. Der Absender gibt seinen Namen in ein Textfeld ein, gibt es hier auch eine andere Möglichkeit? z.b. das anhand des Windows Users AD erkannt wird wer der User ist? Ich hoffe die Fragen sind nicht zu allgemein. Vielen Dank Roland
