Scenario: I am signed in to corporate CoPilot for M365. I'm asking CoPilot app on desktop in "WORK" mode to generate an excel file with some fictitious data & make it available in an Excel file. CoPilot generates the table, then removes the link to the file đ I can use it in "WEB" mode to do the same, and it generates a BING URL that then results in a 404. <sigh> I can SIGN OUT and use generic CoPilot. That will generate a file, then prompt me for corporate credentials, and then it gives me the file. The question: How do I get file generation working while logged in to my corporate account? Do we have a security permission causing issues?12KViews12likes17CommentsCoPilot SOC 2 Type 2 Report
Is a release date planned for the CoPilot SOC 2 Type 2 report? I understand that a report is in the works but does not appear to be loaded in the Trust Services Portal yet. Similarly, I understand that CoPilot has achieved several ISO certifications. Searching the Trust Services Portal for ISO, I have been unable to locate the CoPilot ISO Certs. Have the certs been posted or are they still pending? If pending, is there defined timing for their release?946Views4likes0CommentsHow to join Frontier early access?

Guys⌠seriously⌠we need some improvements here. Iâm not asking Copilot to solve quantum physics or decode alien transmissions. Iâm asking a Microsoft program for help with a Microsoft program. Youâd think that would be the one scenario where Copilot would shine, right? Like, âAh yes, my home turf, allow me to demonstrate competence.â But no. I canât even get Copilot to correctly explain how to do basic SharePoint tasks. BASIC. As in, âclick the thing, then click the other thing.â Instead I get a TED Talk about SharePoint philosophy and a guided meditation on patience. And then thereâs the folder comparison fiasco. I want Copilot to do something so simple it should practically be a reflex: Compare two folders on my hard drive and tell me if theyâre identical. Copilotâs response? âAbsolutely, I can do that!â Followed immediately by an everâexpanding scavenger hunt of things I apparently need to do first. Itâs like asking someone to hand you a screwdriver and they say, âSure, but first youâll need to assemble this IKEA shelving unit, install three dependencies, sacrifice a goat, and agree to a quest.â Iâm glad to hear youâre merging all the copilots into one âsuper Copilot.â Great idea. Fantastic. But letâs be honest â Iâm praying the one that survives is the personal Copilot, because Copilot 365⌠whew. That thing feels like it was built by a committee that communicates exclusively through interpretive dance. And donât even get me started on the wrapper versions. Those are like Copilot wearing a Halloween costume of itself, but the costume is made of cardboard and disappointment. And by the way â Iâm STILL waiting for Copilot to create an app or program that automatically files my Outlook emails into folders. This is not a moon landing. This is not a Mars rover. This is not a Nobel Prize category. This is a simple, everyday, normal-person task. Yet somehow Copilot treats it like Iâve asked it to build the next Windows release from scratch using only a spoon and positive thinking. Come on, guys. We love the vision. We love the potential. But the basics need to work before the magic tricks do.70Views1like1CommentWhom to contact.
Hi, My name is Sam. I have been using the free version of Copilot for almost a week now, but the system is too limited for the work I am doing. Using the Copilot though, I have created a formal comprehensive request for access to higher powered A.I. What I do not know is who to send it too. If anyone can provide relevant information, that would be greatly appreciated.223Views1like1CommentWe need help solving a critical integration gap between Microsoft 365 Copilot and Salesforce.
The challenge: We want Copilot to access Salesforce data (including custom objects) while honoring each userâs Salesforce permissionsâprofiles, fieldâlevel security, and sharing rules. Current outâofâbox connectors donât support this. Using an allâaccess integration account is a compliance risk. Why it matters: Copilot is only valuable if answers are both accurate and secure. If a user sees data in Copilot they shouldnât in Salesforce, thatâs a governance nightmare. What weâre looking for: â Support for custom objects & fields â Enforcement of Salesforce profiles, FLS, and sharing â Delegated user authentication (Entra ID â Salesforce) â Works with Microsoft 365 Copilot grounding Questions: - Has anyone implemented this successfully? - Is there a Microsoft or Salesforce roadmap for delegated auth in Copilot connectors? - Do you know a partner or expert who can build this securely? Letâs make Copilot + Salesforce both powerful and compliant.65Views1like0Comments
