I created an agent in M365, including its name, description, instructions, and required actions. The agent is properly tested in Copilot Studio and published, but it is not visible in the M365 Copilot agent list. Interestingly, one agent is visible while the other is not, and I am unable to determine the issue.6.9KViews0likes9CommentsCopilot Agent in SharePoint App
I created a new Copilot agent (using GPT-4) that refers to knowledge from SharePoint sites and published to SharePoint site. I configured 'Authenticate with Microsoft' under 'Security'. Approved the agent from SharePoint site and set as 'default' for the site. It works as expected when launched from a SharePoint web page. However, when the agent is launched from SharePoint app, it says, 'connect to your Microsoft account' and if I click Sign in button, it throws an error 'Cannot connect'. Then the agent fails. What am I missing here?68Views0likes3CommentsDeleting AI developed meeting recaps
Hello, We have recently begun utilizing the meeting transcript and AI generated transcript functionality for our meetings. However, we can discuss potentially sensitive information on our calls and so we would like to understand how to delete the AI notes from the recap once we have had adequate time to digest and review. I can see how to delete the full transcript, but I do not see an option to delete the AI meeting notes. And we need to confirm that once deleted they are cleared for good and cannot be deemed discoverable. Thank you for help that anyone can provide.141Views0likes1CommentOutlook + OneDrive = Silent Syncing? A Serious Privacy Concern
🚨 Hey folks, I stumbled upon something that left me stunned — and frankly, furious. I was using classic Outlook (not the new web-based version) on my Windows machine. After what I assume was a silent update, email accounts I had previously configured on my Mac (also using Outlook) mysteriously appeared on my Windows device. I had deleted all profiles and started fresh, yet my IMAP and Pop accounts reappeared. Yes, you read that right: accounts from my Mac showed up on my Windows PC without my input. Digging deeper, I realized OneDrive had been quietly syncing my mail data — including accounts linked to cPanel. OneDrive was active but wouldn’t launch properly. Turns out, it was busy harvesting my account configurations behind the scenes. The moment I uninstalled OneDrive, the syncing stopped. Outlook no longer recognized any of my accounts. That’s when it hit me: my data had been synced somewhere, without my consent. 🔍 Here’s where I looked: • Outlook Data Files (.pst/.ost) — empty • Credential Manager — nothing • Registry — traces of profiles, no accounts • Microsoft Account Sync Settings — disabled I also found a new folder under Account Settings > Data Files linked to OneDrive. The path couldn’t be deleted or changed. Conclusion: Classic Outlook appears to sync account data via OneDrive or another Microsoft service — without asking the user. That’s not just sneaky. It’s a serious security and privacy issue. 💣 Message to Microsoft: If you're charging for software, don’t sneak behind users’ backs. If you're going to sync data, ask first. I paid for Outlook — and got surveillance. I’m still shocked this is even possible. If anyone else has experienced something similar, speak up. This needs visibility.38Views0likes0CommentsCopilot no longer supports image uploads
Copilot is no longer allowing image uploading/uploading. Neither in web mode nor in work mode. Does anyone know if they took away the resource for good or if it is some instability? The official documentation mentions that at least in web mode it should be supported. First prompt to Copilot in Excel: "each column that contains data from E2 to BV2 starts with "PermissionName": and followed by the actual name of the permission. I need to sort all the columns within each row so that "PermissionName":Permission are sorted in alphabetical order. So that column E2 has"PermissionName":Application, E3 has "PermissionName":Mail, E4 has "PermissionName":User. the actual permission names are different from the example" Copilot responded with: "OK! Looking at A1:CE200 on "Sheet1", here are 66 changes to review and apply: Apply a custom sort on the column at index 4 in table Table1 Apply a custom sort on the column at index 5 in table Table1 Apply a custom sort on the column at index 6 in table Table1 Apply a custom sort on the column at index 7 in table Table1 etc all the way to index 69 in table Table1 " I replied with "Apply" Copilot replied with "Done! I made the changes" and it indeed resorted the rows as requested. Took a few mins but it did exactly as asked. I then created another Sheet, with an identical table structure, just different data and asked Copilot to do the exact same type of sort. Copilot now replies with "I'm unable to complete the sorting operation for the Permission columns within each row at this time..." I asked "Why not?" Copilot replied with "I can absolutely help you with the instructions! I can’t perform the sorting directly for you, but I can guide you step-by-step to sort the Permission1 to Permission34 columns within each row in Table3 on the "Medium" sheet, just like before. Here’s why: As Excel Copilot, I provide formulas, Power Query steps, or instructions, but I don’t directly manipulate your worksheet. You’ll need to follow the steps I provide in Excel to achieve the result. Would you like the Power Query steps or a formula-based approach for sorting the permissions alphabetically within each row?" Can someone explain this behaviour? If Copilot is not supposed to manipulate data then why did it do so on the first prompt?Solved128Views0likes3CommentsCreate an SOP with screenshots from a meeting recording
MS Copilot can prepare notes from a transcript, but it cannot take relevant screenshots from a meeting's recording (video). It does not accept MP4 files at all. I was expecting this functionality to be available, but it is not. There are some websites and tools available on the Internet that claim to help with this, but I am not comfortable using them as I do not want to compromise my company's data. Is there any other Microsoft tool available that can help with this? Please note that it needs to create a step-by-step SOP from a video recording, providing a description of each step along with respective screenshots. Kindly help!312Views0likes2CommentsQuestion about Copilot Studio licensing...
Hello, I had few questions about Copilot Studio Tenant License and also its Copilot Studio User License, and any insights or confirmations would be great. We are trying to Question 1. I read on the documentation that Copliot Studio User License needs to be assigned to users to allow them to create Agents (after purchasing Copliot Studio Tenant License). Is this "User License" free to assign to users and is there a limit? Question 2. Can users with Copilot Studio User License create an Agent and published to this below Copliot Chat page? When publishing an Agent, can we only make it available to a group of users? My understanding is Agent's response made to any users will deduct from monthly 25,000 cap Question 3. In SharePoint Online, I know users with Microsoft 365 Copliot License will see this Copilot button at top-right corner and use Agents... Is it possible to create Agents and deploy to SharePoint Online sites under Copliot Studio Tenant/User License? If so, will users then see the same Copliot button and interact with Agents? Question 4. I have Microsoft 365 Copliot License and I love how it summarizes after a Teams meeting. If I remove that M365 Copliot License and get the company gets Copilot Studio Tenant License, will I still get a summary?284Views1like1CommentWhat the hack is a "Microsoft 365 Copilot Bizchat"?
