Large Language Models (LLMs) have demonstrated impressive capabilities on various data-related tasks, but they still have some limitations. One of them is the ability to generate effective visualizations from structured data sources such as CSV or Excel files. In this article, we will explore a new framework that addresses this challenge by combining LLMs with Granular Data. The framework is called LIDA, and it was recently open-sourced by Microsoft.
