Hello All I've observed an interesting pattern regarding quarantine emails. A customer of ours had some isssues sending emails because of a misconfigured SPF Record. The emails were held in quarantine (as they should) and quarantine emails were sent to the mailbox. However, instead of containing all the emails that were quarantined in the notification timeframe (4 hours), the system seems to have grouped them by subject and only displayed a single entry (other emails with different subjects appeared correctly). This means that instead of seeing 20 emails our client saw a single email with that subject line in his quarantine report. I couldn't find any documentation from microsoft regarding this. Hi When user get quarantine notification with the list of blocked emails in quarantine and then user choose particular one for "request for release", then this information is correctly passed to admins, but when admin clicked on the link (in emails) got list of all quarantined emails of this person- not the current one which was requested. Hi I already have created AntiSpam, AntiPhish and AntiMalware Policies. Everything works fine except situation when mail is classified to both categories- for example High Phish/Spam then take precedence quarantine policy for antispam not for anti-phishing and email is finally landed in junk email folder (based on antispam quarantine rules) but I would like to block this email (based on the antiphish policy)... how to force antiphish policy setting precedence antispam?Solved1.2KViews0likes1Comment
