Problems with synchronizing speed dial buttons between Yealink MP56 E2 and Yealink EXP50
Hello everyone, I have the following problem. We have several Yealink MP56 E2 Teams phones with connected Yealink EXP50 key extensions. Unfortunately, for about half a year now, the synchronization of speed dial keys between the phone and the key extension has only been possible to a limited extent. Specifically, you can create contacts on the phone and add them to speed dial via the phone. However, in 99 out of 100 cases, this is not synchronized. The same applies to deleting contacts. What's strange is that the deleted contact is not actually deleted from the phone itself and reappears after 2 seconds. I had already read that this error has occurred from time to time in recent years. Unfortunately, there has been no noticeable improvement in the last six months. I have already tried the following: Resetting the phone, rebooting after changes, disconnecting the connection between MP56 E2 and EXP50, logging back into the phone, updating the phone's firmware and the phone's Teams app. Unfortunately, none of this has been successful. Does anyone else have any ideas or has Microsoft made an official statement that there are problems here?
Restore Name / Timestamp Copy/Paste FEATURE in MS Teams
The ability for copy / paste to carry the sender's name and the timestamp of the comms in MS Teams was removed a while ago. Its seriously a ridiculous thing to fully remove. There are many many industries and many many use cases where having the name and timestamp EASILY copy / paste-able is NEEDED. Your devs should update with an option in settings to include Name and Timestamp on copy/paste actions in Teams. Going through multiple windows / options screens each time I want to pass along critical information is tiresome and annoying. Ad-hoc snip-it SS are as well. How narrow-sighted this change was is seriously concerning coming out of a multi-billion dollar company.
Unable to remove old account sing up form Teams on Mac OS
I cannot remove an old sing account from Teams on Mac OS. I have to delete the keychain, I delete the temp folder, and remove and reinstall Teams, and the old account is still there. I have a case open with the Microsoft team, and they cannot figure it out. Where is the login info store, and why has Microsoft not provided a solution where users can remove accounts as easily as they can add? Please help!
Teams on macOS taking up CPU and lagging
I'm not sure if it's because of Tahoe, but Teams will take up 65-90% of my CPU during calls, while only using 0.1% when not on a call. This has been present in the dev betas, 26.0 and now 26.1. If I have other apps running, they or Teams can sometimes lag or glitch. Even with nothing else running, Teams can slow to a crawl.
Teams Meeting invite (RSVP) not showing other meetings
We are working with Microsoft for some time (>100 days) on an issue regarding meeting invites in Teams, where the first time opening such an invite it is not showing conflicting or adjacent meetings. This can easily result in people getting "double booked" because they trust what Teams shows them. We can reproduce this anytime and in at least 3 tenants and I would like to know if other users/tenants recognize this. Some things to take into account: You shouldn't have opened the week this meeting is scheduled in earlier today, as it probably some sort of caching mechanism/issue. It only happens the first time you click on the RSVP option in teams. We tested with/without MCAS, same result. It also happens in a Teams browser session. How to reproduce: Send an invite for a meeting, to happen in e.g. 4 weeks, make sure there are conflicting/adjacent at that timespan. Wait for the invite to appear in the Teams activity (do not check it in Outlook, as that will make the test fail). When you click in the Teams on the invite, click on the RSVP option and check what you see (calendar is free it seems): Click the X to close this RSVP popup and click the RSVP again (now the other meetings are shown): I am really curious if other users can reproduce this.... More control with Teams chat notifications (Duration, marking as Read)
Currently in Teams it shows you if you have unread chats in your taskbar notification icon (small red bell). But to mark that notification as read you have to open up Teams and then highlight the conversation to mark it as 'Read'. Does anyone know if there is a way, or given thought to building a way, to have more control over the notification pop-up that would allow you to control how long the notification displays when a new chat is received and to also add a button that would allow you to mark the chat as read rather than opening the entire Teams application? I'm not seeing this ability in either the "Teams built-in" or "Windows" notification styles.' Thank you for your consideration! Chris

After updating to Teams 25275.2601.4002.2815, the app opens for one second then closes—no UI, no error. Env: Win 11 Pro 23H2 (26100) WebView2 141.0.3537.92 Entra ID joined (AAD) Faulting module: ucrtbase.dll Exception code: 0xc0000409 Path: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams_25275.2601.4002.2815_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\ms-teams.exe Tried: cleared Teams/WebView2/AAD caches, reinstalled Teams + WebView2 + VC++, did Reset this PC and clean USB install — same result. Works fine for local admin + other Entra users and browser. Older builds (Aug/Sep 2025) work fine → likely regression in this release. Please confirm if known and being investigated.
