Resolving Discount Conflicts: Applying a Voucher for the GitHub Exam
Hello everyone, I recently acquired a 100% voucher for the GitHub exam. However, when attempting to schedule it on the Pearson VUE portal and apply the coupon, a message indicates that it’s not possible to apply this coupon because an MCT discount is already applied. Could anyone help me or direct me to someone who can assist? I don’t want to lose my MCT discount, but I need to apply this 100% discount coupon. How can I resolve this? Thank you, Luiz Andrade

It used to be possible to click on a user's icon and find out a little bit about them, including their profile, if they wrote one. Now, the only profile I can see is my own, and I can only see that when I'm logged in. What good is a profile if only the user can see it? Maybe I'm missing a setting someplace. John
Switching Tenants/Profiles in Office for the Mac
I have accounts in multiple M365 tenants. I use a Mac. When I edit a document, I need to make sure the edits are occurring from the account in the correct tenant. I cannot figure out how to change my active account in Word (or other Office applications) so it is from a specific tenant. How do I do this? I know how to do it on a PC, and it works perfectly. I NEED that same functionality on the Mac.

I fell for a phishing scam and ended up losing access to my Microsoft account.
Earlier today (9/13/2025) I ended up falling for a phishing scam via Discord, which ended up having me lose most if not all access to my Microsoft account. What I do know is that they changed the primary email, so my original email no longer works, and that there's a high possibility that they've sold it to a third party based on what they were saying. I was unable to make the automated recovery work because of the original email being changed. I'd hope to possibly get more assistance on this issue, I'll attempt to provide as much proof that I'm the original owner of the account based on my account history as: Original email address Last known password Approximated account creation date Details of my purchases Any assistance on how to proceed with this issue would be greatly appreciated!! Because I have quite a few personal details there that are sensitive. Thank you.
Teams/Authenticator loop issue
Microsoft Teams/Authenticator are getting caught in an uninterruptable loop. I have tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling the apps, clearing cache, clearing credentials and resigning in, everything I can think of. The loops continues and am not able to get logged in on the device. Azure sign-in logs show as successful but does not allow to be signed in. Any help is appreciated.Language outlook after recovery
My account was hacked and the language setting was changed. I recovered my account but the language remains the same. I changed the language many time and it would say the languged has been changed after clicking save but when i go back to the email the hacked language remains the same. I signed out and this over and over from different devices, different network but the language would not change. anyone went throught the same experience ?
Anyone else feel like Teams is turning into Slack but slower?
Been using Teams at work and lately it feels like they’re adding a ton of features that kinda look like Slack (channels, reactions, integrations etc). But somehow it all feels heavier and slower to use. Curious if others feel the same or if it’s just me being impatient.
