Why Does Bing Password Keep Reappearing After I Delete All Browsing Data?

Hello Microsoft Community,

I have a problem with Bing passwords. Whenever I delete all browsing data, including saved passwords, I expect everything to be permanently removed.

However, after some time, the deleted Bing password appears again automatically.

Why does this happen? If I have chosen to delete all data and saved passwords, why are they coming back?

I want to completely remove my saved Bing password so it does not reappear again.

Is this related to Microsoft account sync, Edge sync, or something else?

Please help me understand how to permanently delete it.
