I don't really know much about tech, i bought this expensive laptop but I can't really sign in or add my payment method, for some reason my credit card isn't accepted in this region. Is there any chance I can just fix it ? I tried calling support but I don't think I can find the number. Starting from around yesterday Minecraft and Xbox authentication stopped working on all devices in my network connected via LAN. This problem doesn't seem to persist with any other applications OR with devices connected to WIFI. I would assume its an issue on my part, but from everything I've tested it seems to happen ONLY when trying to log into the Xbox app and Minecraft, everything else works just fine. However, when attempting to schedule it on the Pearson VUE portal and apply the coupon, a message indicates that it’s not possible to apply this coupon because an MCT discount is already applied. It used to be possible to click on a user's icon and find out a little bit about them, including their profile, if they wrote one. Now, the only profile I can see is my own, and I can only see that when I'm logged in. What good is a profile if only the user can see it? Maybe I'm missing a setting someplace. I have accounts in multiple M365 tenants. I use a Mac. When I edit a document, I need to make sure the edits are occurring from the account in the correct tenant. I cannot figure out how to change my active account in Word (or other Office applications) so it is from a specific tenant. How do I do this? I know how to do it on a PC, and it works perfectly.
