Bonjour à tous, Je suis actuellement en entreprise et nous organisons beaucoup de meetings et beaucoup de séminaires à partir d'invitation Skype, Voilà ma problématique quand nous parcourons les slides tout se passe très bien, mais quand nous voulons lire une vidéo qui est incorporée dans le PowerPoint aucun son ne fonctionne. Quand je clique sur l'icône du son rien ne se passe. C'est exactement la même chose quand je veux diffuser une vidéo. (l'appel se met en attente et j'ai ce message) Avez-vous une solution ou déjà rencontrer ce problème ? Enhancement Suggestion: I think it would be better to have the call queue caller wait time be editable in seconds, not minutes. Currently, as minutes, the least amount of time that can be selected is 1 minute. This is too long for some customers. Currently, Skype for Business Voice Mail messages are delivered to the user's inbox. Both individual and server side rules will not forward Voice Mail messages. This is a feature that is desperately needed. Managers and co-workers need the ability to have voice mail messages forwarded to them to ensure accurate coverage and customer response. Currently, if you try to forward an answered call to a call queue the S4B client does not allow for the search and forward to a distribution list used in call queues. However, if you create a contact with the call queue or auto attendant phone number, calls can be forwarded to the queue or attendant. Many times an operator receptionist takes a call where the caller is confused as to where they should be directed. The talk on the web is that there will be a real-time translation in S4B coming towards the end of 2016 (isn't that now) that allows audio translation to text on the fly.
