Forward Calls to a Call Queue
Currently, if you try to forward an answered call to a call queue the S4B client does not allow for the search and forward to a distribution list used in call queues. However, if you create a contact with the call queue or auto attendant phone number, calls can be forwarded to the queue or attendant. Many times an operator receptionist takes a call where the caller is confused as to where they should be directed. With this capability they have the ability to forward calls to a group of people rather than just one person.

Not shure, but you could take a look at Attendant Pro, and see if it helps you out. Try sending them a email an explain your issue.
