How to get Get Attachment into power automate
I created one Sharepoint list and that list having attachment column. I need to get that attachment content and details when any items created or modified into list from power automate. I tried some flow like "Get Attachment" or "Get File Content" etc. But I got the message file not found so please let me know the step by step for getting attached in power automate.
Power Automate – Copy files from SharePoint to a local system folder
Hi Team I want to copy files from a SharePoint Online document library to a file system on a local machine. I am using Create File action to create files and move to local machine. It may fail sometimes because of large file size and length of file name exceeding the limit. How can I capture those filenames which were failed in a string or array and reason for failure? Scenario: I have a customer always send purchase order list to me (*PDF) , I have set an outlook rule that to Move his orders to a folder. Everyday I check this folder to see any new orders coming, then print it. Try to see if Power Automate can support any new email came to this folder and directly print it.

Hi All, I am new to Power Automate however, I want to know is there any way to create a automate flow which will fetch the data of "All" users from Azure active directory. Goal: An email should be trigged to a particular team after the termination/offboarding of an employee through power automate. We disable the user's account from AAD by setting 'accountenabled: No' Please help 🙂
Populate a Microsoft Word template with information from specific row in SharePoint list
Hello, I am relatively new in Power Automate and I am trying to create new flows. I have SharePoint List with lost of items. Then I have form in Sharepoint with one question "ID ?". (Sorry for Czech language in this screen) I created a flow: When I fill out the form, for example with ID 3, then the flow will start. And what I need from this flow is to insert row number 3 (ID of the row is 3) into the document with all information in that row. Creating the document is working. I tested that. But I do not know how to insert only information from the specific row into document. Can you please someone give me advice ? I tried something but nothing worked. I appreciate any help :-). Power Apps with Power Automate flow to add Calendar event
Hello all, I am just learning how to use all the Microsoft Power 'stuff'. I followed an online guide to create a vacation request Power App with the data stored in a Sharepoint List. That part is working great. It also notifies the user's manager of the request with approval. The guide I followed is https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/modern-approvals. I am trying to take it one step more by adding a calendar event on the submitter's calendar with the vacation request. After some digging it seems like the best way is to use a "Get calendars (V2)" block. The array that is generated from that is then filtered in a for each to look for the "Calendar" calendar and then create the event on that calendar. Everything with the creation of the event works. The problem I am having is no matter the user who submits the request, the calendar event ALWAYS ends up on my calendar, not theirs.
