Partner Registration Penalty Box
I'm trying to register as a partner but getting an error stating "http://www.microsoftintegrity.com/. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked. If you require further information please reach out to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=868372 with reference number: XXXXXXX" The problem is I can't get into the Partner Portal, as I'm not yet a partner, to raise said support request. I've tried to request resolution through Office 365 portal, hoping they'd facilitate contact with partner support but they seem to be confused as to how to facilitate the connection. I have no clue why I'm getting this error as I use the DUNS lookup to provide company information. I've also entered it in by hand. Would love to become a Microsoft partner with my venture but need some support to overcome this "penalty box" Anyone have ideas?
Microsoft Partner Support (UK) - No answer
Hi I'm trying to reach someone in Partner Support however all attempts lead nowhere. I've opened cases and they have been closed automatically without being fully answered. I've tried to use the Partner Support Options located here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/partner-support-options-6e2fefd9-4adf-2be1-9968-165aa84b1c3b Support by phone takes you to the usual process for opening a case, this does not provide an option in the list for the problem I'm having. It also does seem to just result in opening a new case so I'm back where I started and no phone number provided. If I click chat online with an agent I get the following: I am logged in to my partner account, I have tried multiple computers. I also tried calling the regular Microsoft Support number here in the UK 0344 800 2400 but it is an entirely automated service. It doesn't understand my request and also doesn't allow you to speak with an actual person. Is anyone else having the same trouble?
