Hello, I’m using Copilot for Finance and I’m testing a scenario where a client asks for their invoices. I respond using Copilot for Finance, which suggests an email version and retrieves the relevant invoices. However, it is unable to attach them as files. In your opinion, where could the problem be? Hi ALL, I am using the Copilot for Finance in Outlook and connecting it to D365 FinOps environment. When I have a new contact from email and would like to add to D365 FinOps, the below screenshot only displays the list of the existing customers in 1 legal entity. I would like to ask if: 1. I can select customer from other entities and where is the setup? 2. I would like to add a new contact from email to D365 FinOps as a Employee, Vendor (not customer) I am looking forward to seeing your advise. Many thanks Kylie587Views0likes3Comments
