3 TopicsSynchronization issue in New Outlook for Mac – ״Failed to refresh subscriptions.״
Hello, I am using Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) on Mac, running macOS 26.1 (Tahoe). My Outlook client is: Outlook for Mac Version 16.103.3 (25113013), with a Microsoft 365 Subscription license. Since yesterday morning, in the New Outlook interface, my inbox has suddenly appeared empty, and I constantly receive the following error message: “Failed to refresh subscriptions.” It’s important to note: In Legacy Outlook, everything works perfectly. The web version and the Outlook app on my mobile phone also work well. The issue persists regardless of the network I am on (home, office, cellular, etc.). Troubleshooting steps I already tried: • Updating Outlook to the latest version • Removing and re‑adding the account • Clearing cache and preferences • Formatting my Mac and reinstalling everything from scratch Unfortunately, none of these steps has resolved the issue. Is this a known bug, and is there a recommended workaround or an upcoming fix? Appreciate assistance on that issue.212Views0likes4CommentsHelp - Migrating Emails from Outlook Web to Outlook Desktop | Two Different Domains
I have two business email addresses I would like to consolidate into one. The "old" email address is only accessible via Outlook on the Web. The "new" email address is only accessible via Outlook on my desktop. Is there a way I can export all of my emails and subfolders from my old email address (outlook on the web) and export them into my new email address (outlook on my desktop)? From what I can see, there isn't a File>Import/Export option on the Outlook web interface. I have already set up mail forwarding for future emails. Really would like to fully migrate to the new email address inbox without having to hop back to the old email address inbox to reference something. Thanks in advance! I have 3 main email accounts which I've got logged into my Outlook (desktop app) so i can see the 3 calendars all in one place, which is great. One MS365, and two google. However, Microsoft bookings will only see the one calendar associated with the MS365 account, and not the other 2. So I get double booked. Is there a way for Outlook, or my MS365 to sync all my calendars together onto the one MS365 account? I don't want to be adding my MS365 email address to every calendar invite I send from the other email accounts because my calendar will get really messy with double entries. Moreover, I am only incontrol of invites I send. Invites i receive will need manually forwarding to the MS365 account. So if there a way for Outlook or my MS365 to sync across all my acounts, so Bookings can see everything? I have posted a similar question in the Bookings thread asking if I can add multiple accounts to Bookings.Solved1.2KViews1like5Comments
