(Outlook) Search issue after upgrade to build 15831.20190
Hi, After we've upgrade Outlook to version 15831.20190, I've noticed an issue when searching. Once I search for something, the Results loading bar keeps scrolling and the search it doesn't return all emails (the emails that are displayed are from a year ago max). I have tried updating to the latest build (15831.20208) but the problem persists, while restoring version 16.0.15726.20202 the search works correctly. I have Cached Exchange Mode enable for all emails and all accounts that with this issue are hosted in an Exchange 2013 server. I created a post in the italian Microsoft Community (https://answers.microsoft.com/it-it/outlook_com/forum/all/outlook-problema-ricerca-dopo-aggiornamento-alla/91bf36c0-e8c1-4bf5-8843-6be55bc257f9?messageId=8f5e5400-bf3e-4f51-acc9-824d95bbed82) and it seems that the problem occurs when the mail accounts are hosted on Exchange 2013 or older version. A Microsoft moderator advised me to try asking for support here. Best Regards,
