16 TopicsProblem with Bookings - calendars are gone from my profile, yet they're still active online
I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message... Yet, here is an active link to the calendar, which I created: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/FINEINDG216@uofwaterloo.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/7.3KViews2likes5CommentsBookings No Longer Working - Calendar Greyed Out
Hello! Up until yesterday, my bookings app was working seamlessly with my Outlook calendar and Teams. Overnight that has changed, and now if you click on my link and select a service, the full month of December is grey. I've tried a variety of things (such as making sure Staff settings align with Business settings which align with services). That said, I'm open to any suggestions because now that I've used it for 3 months I want to continue doing so. I've even tried to make sure my permissions are correct in Outlook 365 Calendar. Here is a screen shot of what the month of December currently looks like yet when I'm in the bookings calendar it shows my availability. Appreciate any help any of you can provide! Hi All, I was able to select a date and book a schedule, but the message- "This person isn't available on this date. Please choose another date or person." appears most of the time. This has caused some confusion to my users and I hope to resolve it. I have tried adjusting the timezone/ business hours but the message still appears. Appreciate any guidance. We recently switched to Bookings with Teams Meetings... but we're having an issue with the calendar events showing up on our staff's calendars. The event doesn't include any of the customer's information or custom field information. How can we get it to include the customer information in the calendar events?Solved1.9KViews2likes5CommentsBooking Service offerings
I know that bookings allow me to set the availability of staff to certain times and days, but is it possible to set specific days and times for the services your offer, for example, Piano Lessons only available on Monday Banjo only on Tuesday Dance on Friday Etc. Has anyone else noticed the Reminder and Follow Up emails that go out for Group bookings have 'Hi Group Booking' Instead of being personalised to the user or Staff members name? (Pictured Below) A small thing I know but it's one of many small things that make Bookings unprofessional to use. I'm using bookings for internal L&D bookings. In a fast pace business and email not specific to the persons name will easily be missed/deleted as 'junk' by people trying to clear down their inbox. Anyone have any guidance on this - is there a setting to switch ? Or Pernille-Eskebo can this be something that's looked into! Hi, i have a small team and as such we cover each other’s roles despite having defined positions. I deal mainly with support and my colleague deals manky with implementation so i have set up two booking pages one for existing clients “support” and one for new clients “demonstrations” and all is well with that but ideally if my colleague gets a booking for a demo i would need to block my schedule for that time also as i would need to be free to deal with anything that came in during that time and vice verser if i had a meeting they would need to be free to support. Perhaps there’s a way do to this through outlook or power automate? i’m just looking for ideas really.1.4KViews0likes3CommentsCustom Fields Bookings - In Confirmation Email - In the Title of Calendar Appointment
