16 TopicsProblem with Bookings - calendars are gone from my profile, yet they're still active online
I am a teacher - I created multiple booking calendars for classes I teach, for the purpose of setting up meetings with students. When I last logged into Bookings, I tried to "Open" one of my calendars (to make some changes in the backend about my availability), however I was met with the message "We can't find any booking calendars". All of my booking calendars are gone. Nothing, but the calendar I most recently made is accessible in Bookings. However, oddly, my calendars still remain active online. So the problem is that I now don't have backend access to make changes to the calendar, I can't even delete them if I wanted too, but yet they remain live for students. Basically, I can no longer update the bookings pages I created. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is the error message I receive: Even as I just open the search bar (without actually typing anything to search for), I get the "We can't find any booking calendars" message... Yet, here is an active link to the calendar, which I created: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/FINEINDG216@uofwaterloo.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/7.3KViews2likes5CommentsCustom Info in Calendar Event
We recently switched to Bookings with Teams Meetings... but we're having an issue with the calendar events showing up on our staff's calendars. The event doesn't include any of the customer's information or custom field information. How can we get it to include the customer information in the calendar events?Solved1.9KViews2likes5CommentsMS Booking changing the language of the reservation page
Hello, I need to publish my reservation page in different languages. Some of my customers are german, others are french. I can define the main language of my page in french or in german. I need a reservation page that can be displayed in french or in german (the user should be able to choose it's language). How can I set this? Thanks for your help. Hi, I recently set up a bookable service with a 1:10 attendee scheme. The time increments for the bookable slots are 30 minutes starting at 17:00 (UTC+01:00) time with a duration of 10 minutes. Upon setting up the slots showed correctly as follows: 17:00, 17:30, 18:00, 18:30. However, when the first slot at 17:00 was completely booked by 10 customers the service now shows different slots: 17:10, 17:40, 18:10, 18:40. This is not what I wanted since it opens up new slots which are each bookable by 10 further customers. I expect the timeslot at 17:00 to simply disappear. Here are my configurations: Region and time zone settings selected as "always show time slots in business time zone" Time increments: 30 minutes Duration: 10 minutes No buffer time Default scheduling policy: deactivated Thank You701Views1like0CommentsEmails for Group Bookings saying 'Hi Group Booking,' instead of inserting attendees names
Has anyone else noticed the Reminder and Follow Up emails that go out for Group bookings have 'Hi Group Booking' Instead of being personalised to the user or Staff members name? (Pictured Below) A small thing I know but it's one of many small things that make Bookings unprofessional to use. I'm using bookings for internal L&D bookings. In a fast pace business and email not specific to the persons name will easily be missed/deleted as 'junk' by people trying to clear down their inbox. Anyone have any guidance on this - is there a setting to switch ? Or Pernille-Eskebo can this be something that's looked into!
