18 Topics- Migrated videos don't play 0xC00D36C4Help I migrated 3 x user video containers on 2/13/24. It looked like it worked there were no errors in the MigrationLog.csv. The migrated videos are stored in users OneDrive's in a folder named 'Stream Migrated Videos'. The videos don't play. In OneDrive using Edge when I click the video it looks like it is going to play but the spinner on the black screen just spins and spins. There is a white dashed line around the video which I haven't seen before. When I download the video to my file system and try to play the .mp4 file with Windows Media Player I get a 0xC00D36C4 error (attached). I tried to remigrate one of the user containers but this time the migration shows an error. I can't download the log though so I don't have any more details. I ran the Stream Classic Inventory script and it displays a destination path indicated the video was migrated. This report doesn't show any errors either. I haven't found any Microsoft documentation on this problem and how to fix it. I would appreciate suggestions or advice on how to address this. Thanks - Greg

With SharePoint 2016 videos are stored on the server, my struggle is trying to understand how to migrate videos from the server into stream. I have tried testing with one video that is an mp4 and is not a large file, but it keeps saying that its failing to upload. I'm not sure what the problem is. Please help! Thank you
- Is bug fixed for: Some videos aren't being hidden and no redirectionCan someone from Microsoft confirm if this bug has now been fixed? It is still showing as Under investigation to be fixed on the official website below. We can't start migrating videos until this is fixed (and a few other things such as lack of reporting on channels, etc. but that's another story). Some videos aren't being hidden in Stream (Classic) after they are migrated & redirection from old link to new link isn't working | Fix estimate: September 30, 2023 Stream (Classic) migration tool release notes - Microsoft Stream | Microsoft Learn

- SharePoint Migration - Unable to Locate SharePoint URLAt present, there are over 500,000 videos that I need to transfer from Classic SharePoint to SharePoint Online. As a test migration, I am attempting to relocate several orphaned videos to the SP site at https://xxxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/StreamVideos. However, when I initiate the Migration Tools and choose the Migration option, the videos display an orange triangle with an exclamation mark. Upon accessing the video settings to edit the destination and selecting SharePoint, the "Select a SharePoint site" option fails to find my SP Site, despite my being an administrator of the site. my SP Site. The site was created on Feb 2, 2024, I'm an Admin of the site, and able to access the site. Any ideas on how I can resolve the this issue? Thank You, -LarrySolved
- Stream Classic Containers and PermissionsWe are in the early stages of planning to migrate videos from Stream (Classic) to Stream (on SharePoint). One of the Groups we have has a total of 250+ videos. 75 videos are in the group container, while 175 videos are in different user containers. What is the best way to get all of those videos in the group container to have them migrate together? Any tips, insights, and ideas are appreciated!

- Will O365 videos migrated to Stream be transcribed?I found the following in a Sept. 2019 article and would like to verify that it is correct: "Stream does not generate automatic captions and transcripts for migrated videos, but it does perform face matching to generate a timeline." If this IS correct, is there any way to generate transcripts for migrated O365 videos?
