Power Point templates to highlight key findings from Advanced Insights Queries
I used to leverage workplace analytics PowerPoint presentation templates to present the key findings of my queries in an easily consumable format (e.g., Ways of Working Assessment and Meeting Effectiveness). However, since the rebranding, I can't find any templates. Does anyone know where to find it?
Available-to-focus and uninterrupted hours seem high?
Hello community, I'm working with the leadership group for one of our business units, and I'm pulling together a few metrics for them to view a snapshot of the current state of collaboration load and benchmarking it against a few other similar business units. I ran a Person Query and included several metrics, including Available-to-focus and Uninterrupted Hours. However, while reviewing the results, the numbers on a per-week level seem awfully high, especially considering that these are senior (i.e. VP, SVP) leaders, which got me wondering what exactly the logic is of what's counted in these metrics. See screenshot for an example: In essence, I want to confirm: Are these metrics taking time zone differences into account? Is it possible some collaboration, such as chats or emails from Power Automate, is artificially inflating the collaboration time? How do I best troubleshoot to understand which values are to be expected here? I even looked across all business unit senior leadership and explored the values to get a sense of the range, and I got a mean of 37.63 available-to-focus hours and a median of 41.50 (st. dev. 17.19), which I also feel is too high. That's almost 8 hours per working day?
Meeting Query Metric Questions
Hi, I have a couple of questions: 1. For the meeting query metric "Number of attendees multitasking" is there a threshold of minimum emails and/or chats sent for a person to be counted as multitasking, or do they just have to send one chat/email? Do the chats sent in the meeting chat of the meeting being measured count as multitasking? 2. Similarly, for meeting query metric "Number of chats send during the meeting" does Viva Insights count the chats that were sent in the meeting chat of the meeting being measured? Thank you.
