15 TopicsDeleting AI developed meeting recaps
Hello, We have recently begun utilizing the meeting transcript and AI generated transcript functionality for our meetings. However, we can discuss potentially sensitive information on our calls and so we would like to understand how to delete the AI notes from the recap once we have had adequate time to digest and review. I can see how to delete the full transcript, but I do not see an option to delete the AI meeting notes. And we need to confirm that once deleted they are cleared for good and cannot be deemed discoverable. Thank you for help that anyone can provide.400Views0likes1CommentCreate an SOP with screenshots from a meeting recording
MS Copilot can prepare notes from a transcript, but it cannot take relevant screenshots from a meeting's recording (video). It does not accept MP4 files at all. I was expecting this functionality to be available, but it is not. There are some websites and tools available on the Internet that claim to help with this, but I am not comfortable using them as I do not want to compromise my company's data. Is there any other Microsoft tool available that can help with this? Please note that it needs to create a step-by-step SOP from a video recording, providing a description of each step along with respective screenshots. Kindly help!400Views0likes2CommentsWhat the hack is a "Microsoft 365 Copilot Bizchat"?

I have not found a prompt that succeeds at adding a list of available times for meeting. From within the email, CoPilot comes up with a list but disregards existing appointments on my calendar. It will find an open time to create an event but that isn't what I need. Several times a week I write an email to schedule a meeting with someone. I look at my calendar and provide a list of 3 open times in the email so they have good times to choose from. I've tried to get CoPilot to do this but haven't succeeded. Does anyone have a successful method/prompt for doing this? Here are some prompts I've tried: Write an email to suggest 3 days and times to schedule a 30 minute meeting. The meeting time should be between 10am and 5pm. Look at my Outlook calendar. And should not suggest any times that are already booked. List 3 different times I'm available for 15 minutes.300Views0likes2CommentsCreating Work Instructions/Process from a video with Copilot

The challenge: We want Copilot to access Salesforce data (including custom objects) while honoring each user’s Salesforce permissions—profiles, field‑level security, and sharing rules. Current out‑of‑box connectors don’t support this. Using an all‑access integration account is a compliance risk. Why it matters: Copilot is only valuable if answers are both accurate and secure. If a user sees data in Copilot they shouldn’t in Salesforce, that’s a governance nightmare. What we’re looking for: ✅ Support for custom objects & fields ✅ Enforcement of Salesforce profiles, FLS, and sharing ✅ Delegated user authentication (Entra ID ↔ Salesforce) ✅ Works with Microsoft 365 Copilot grounding Questions: - Has anyone implemented this successfully? - Is there a Microsoft or Salesforce roadmap for delegated auth in Copilot connectors? - Do you know a partner or expert who can build this securely? Let’s make Copilot + Salesforce both powerful and compliant.45Views1like0Comments
