meetings & calling
18 TopicsError code - online_check_failed: exceeded retry attempts
I am getting the error as Teams initially starts but fails to connect, I used to have an account that worked perfectly with Teams but due to costs, I have changed out for a personal account in Office 365. Now it seems that Teams is no longer able to verify and I suspect it is trying to do so with the old account. I have checked the internet connection and if the firewall is blocking Teams. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Teams (various versions of it) about 25 times now and looked at any updates that may have resulted in conflicts. I am at a loss. Have looked at other postings pertaining to the same error, and nothing helped.Solved5.6KViews0likes4CommentsMeeting Recordings in Microsoft Teams are available for M365 subscribers

I am a student within the Davis School District. I was using teams and adding other students WITHIN my district to my speed dial list. Most if not all students it would add without problems, but a certain student it kept saying that they couldn't add them to the speed dial list. Why is this? Can this be fixed? If it doesn't let me add them to speed dial does that mean that I cannot call them using teams? Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions.146Views0likes0Comments
