Hi, We are trying to install our first Teams Rooms system. Though the system (Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500) is logging onto the SRS, it is not signing in to the Ms Teams. I've checked the system logs but I could not detect any valid information: {"Description":"Network status : Healthy. Exchange status : Connected. Signin status: Healthy. Teams Signin status: Unhealthy.","ResourceState":"Unhealthy","OperationName":"Heartbeat","OperationResult":"Fail","OS":"Windows 10","OSVersion":"10.0.17134.950","Alias":"abc@hiddenmailaddress.onmicrosoft.com","DisplayName":"TeamsRoom","AppVersion":"4.0.105.0","IPv4Address":"hidden","IPv6Address":"","IPv4Address2":"hidden"} The account is active and has been tested on a demo unit before No local admin account because it's being managed by Azure AD. Skype for Business and Exchange backends sign in but for some reason Teams doesn't. E5 license attached to it. I would really appreciate your ideas.98KViews1like19CommentsMicrosoft teams screen share very slow and no audio during sharing screen
Hello experts I am facing an issue with my LOQ, whenever I am sharing my screen on microsoft teams to do a presentation or show some visuals from an app, the audience is unable to hear me. In addition to that, the screen share has A VERY LOW FPS rate even when using the command ctrl+shift+t. All drivers are updates, windows is updates, microsoft teams is updated and the gpu driver as well. To troubleshoot, I have reset the graphics driver, reset windows, reset the laptop itself with no luck. Even ran the teams application with rtx4060 instead of intel UHD graphic card. Please advise. Hello, I have installed the windows 11 insider preview in the beta channel. Since this update, I am no longer able to change my laptop. The laptop still works on battery, but it keeps draining without the ability to charge it, not when powered off nor on. I am currently stuck on 3%. Charging always worked fine on windows 10. I am using the official Lenovo 135 watt charger. Here is a screenshot of the battery drainage from the past 7 days. Weirdly is shows that 2 days ago it did charge to 100%, but I am not able to reconstruct charging the battery. Sorry for the inconvenience 🙂2.5KViews0likes3Comments
