Can't Save or download Photo from Teams to iPhone Photos
If I open the share options in Teams for a jpg photo, it does not show an option to "Save" the photo. I need to save it to my iOS Photos, but cannot. Any help greatly appreciated! I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, running the latest iOS 13 software and the most up to date Teams app.
iPhone rings when receiving an attachment on Skype
A strange one which I can't find any info on when doing a Google search..... I'm a user of Skype For Business(SFB). All was working well until around 2 weeks ago. When a colleague sends me any form of attachment via SFB, SFB on my iPhone then starts ringing. It shows on my iPhone that the person who's trying to send an attachment is trying to call me. If i try to answer the call it sits on connecting and doesn't do anything which i guess is expected as the colleague never initiated a phone call. The attachments sent are received fine on my laptop. On my laptop i'm using O365 SFB. V 16.0.13231.20372 iPhone XR - SFB V 6.27.0.1 Thanks, Nick
Teams iphone App Notifications with two accounts
I have two accounts connected to my iphone Teams app. One account shows notifications that are not there. I've toggled the clear app data. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've cleared chache on my desktop app for the account that is showing false notifications. I've turned notifications off in settings. It seems to have tiggered when I changed my password, but not sure if that is a coincidence. Any suggestions?
Phone keeps ringing after picking up on desktop
Hi, We have a strange issue with Skype for Business. We are currently running Skype for Business 2015, CU11 hotfix 1 (KB3061064). When i receive a call, my phone and desktop are ringing. When i pick up fast (within 1 or 2 seconds), i got the call on my desktop, but my phone keeps ringing. Anyone else with the same issue? iPhone 7 IOS 14.2 SfB 7.27.0 Dell Latitude 7390 Windows 10, 20H2 SfB 2016 - 16.0.5080.1000 Kind regards, Mark
File is not Downloading IOS 15.1
Hi Everyone, I am facing issue in Microsoft Edge browser as default browser in my iPhone, I am facing issue while Downloading the file, whenever I click on download link I can see some progress on the browser process but after waiting for a while nothing happens, while expected scenario is on click of a Download link File should be download and it will open a popup with the respective File Name. I tried the same in multiple browsers and result is same except the Safari Browser, it is working normal in Safari Browser. I am searching for some of the settings but not able to find such. Below is the Specification: iPhone : iPhone 13 IOS : 15.1 Browser : Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox.
