Hi, I've raised a ticket with Office 365 support concerning an issue whereby users accessing a OneDrive file request link via an iOS device (Safari and Chrome tested) are presented with annoying pop up windows requesting a zero file size files are downloaded multiple times. This files have filenames such as460afcb2-2158-470d-8b7c-4e7be7aa74bb 3. They have said that due to the file request link working fine on Windows and Android devices that the ticket will be closed and I'm to contact Apple support. Not sure it's really their issue myself. They also mentioned that the OneDrive Product team are aware of the issue and are looking to fix it but were unable to provide any timescales. Just after a bit of clarity around this as I can't see it discussed on any forums. Thanks in advance. Clive695Views0likes0CommentsOneDrive Account Deletion for iOS
Hello, I'm Ivan. Corresponding to Apple rule : Account deletion within apps required starting January 31. I'm using MSAL pod in my iOS apps. When logging in to OneDrive, in the application can create account from your SDK. My Question: Can MSAL support account deletion in the SDK since it's required by Apple? Thank you in advance.423Views2likes0CommentsOpen a specific site in OneDrive for Busines for iOS
I've got a PDF stored in One Drive 4 Business which I'm accessing using the OneDrive App for IOS on my iPad. The PDF is stored like that: https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/my-sitename/links.PDF Within this PDF I've got shortcuts to different JPG's which should be opened in OneDrive app as well: The example JPG is stored here: https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/my-sitename/folder1/img.JPG I've figured out that I'm able to open One Drive App within iOS like this: ms-onedrive://sites Like this it's only showing the sites collection in OneDrive app but I'd like to open OneDrive AND open the specific image I've mentioned above, like this: ms-onedrive://sites/my-sitename/folder1/img.JPG This URL only opens the site collection but not my image. Is there a documentation about how to use the ms-onedrive:// shortcut for iOS to access files / folders? Thank you & best SandroSolved3.8KViews3likes5CommentsOnedrive on IOS
Ive been fighting this for a while, How can I attach a file from ONEDRIVE on IOS to an email using the native mail client? IT seems I am able to do this but the email is created in the OUtlook APP for IOS. I have several users who said they were doing this and are no longer able to. But I can for the life of me get this to go. Anyone run into this? Or know whether this is or is not supported on IOS devices?2.9KViews0likes12CommentsOneDrive Announcements at Microsoft Ignite 2018
