hacked

I’m extremely frustrated with the process of trying to recover my Microsoft account. My account was compromised, and the person who got into it changed the email address associated with the account. Because of that, my original email is no longer recognized, and I cannot sign in or use the normal password recovery process. I have tried the recovery form, the Sign-In Helper, Microsoft support pages, chat support, phone support, and multiple other suggested recovery routes. Every single option seems to send me back to another automated system, another bot, or another page that eventually circles me back to the same place I already started. I have also run into technical errors when trying to start support chat, including the system trying to use my phone number as a UPN and failing because it expects an email-format username. At this point, I feel like I am being blocked from even reaching a real person who can properly review what happened. This is becoming a serious issue for me because I am a college student and I rely on my personal Microsoft account for access to services, files, applications, logins, and other resources I need to complete my schoolwork. Not having access is actively interfering with my ability to work efficiently and keep up with my responsibilities. I understand that Microsoft has security procedures in place to protect accounts, and I am fully willing to verify ownership. I can provide previous account information, old passwords I remember, devices I have used, purchase information, and other identifying account details. What I need is an actual support representative who can review the situation instead of being continuously redirected through automated recovery tools that are not resolving the problem. I am not asking for security to be bypassed. I am asking for a legitimate way to speak with someone who can help me recover an account that was taken over and had its sign-in information changed. If anyone from Microsoft Support sees this, or if anyone has successfully recovered an account after the primary email/alias was changed by an attacker, I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to reach the correct department or escalation team.74Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Account Stolen and Frozen, Unable to Exit Insider Program
Hello everyone, I’m facing a rather challenging situation and would greatly appreciate your assistance. The Microsoft account I used to join the Windows Insider Program has been hacked and stolen. After reaching out to Microsoft Support, the account has been frozen to prevent further misuse. As a result, I'm currently unable to exit the Windows Insider Program: the new Microsoft account has not joined the program, and the old account cannot be logged in. I kindly request your help in either recovering the old account or finding a way to exit the Insider Program so that I can return to the stable version. Thank you in advance for your support!147Views0likes1CommentI have a code thats named DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION when i try to fully factory reset my compute

I have been trying to recover an old hotmail account of mine that I have been locked out of. I was locked out because the account was hacked and used for, I can only assume, malicious things or spam. The hacker changed all of my recovery information, I have attempt to do password recovery, I have filled out the ACSR form probably six+ times. Nothing works. I have read about many people who have run into the same issue as me. Microsoft has automated the whole process so its extremely difficult to talk to an actual human representative and then when I am able to its some poor outsource individual who has to follow a VERY limited procedure and essentially just ends ups directing me back to the automated system forms because they cant go off script and actually help me. Its insanely frustrating. There should be some manual way to reset the account. I've been willing to provide my ID, my passport.. Whatever it takes, but again thats not apart of the produre. The email is tied to other apps that are important like paypal, spotify, fb etc.. so its pretty essential that I recover it. I am extremely disappointed in Microsoft. I have been using their system since I was a kid. I made the first email I ever had with them and have been with them for two decades. Now to have their extremely ill thoughtout and what can only be described as lazy (likely cost effective) "security measures" be doing the opposite of what they are meant to be doing is very upsetting. If there is an actual representative that can help me who is not going to redirect me for the 100 time to a form I've already filled out I would really appreciate it.1.2KViews0likes0Comments
