File Viewer Web Part not scrolling for some users
During the past few days, dozens of our users are complaining that the File Viewer web part is not scrolling for PDF files. When asked to use a different browser (testing with Chrome and Edge) they get the same results ... not able to scroll through the document. Has anyone else experienced this, or know of a fix?
SharePoint Online File Viewer Does Not Display Documents When Custom Views Are Applied
Hello - I have encountered the following issue in SharePoint Online: when connecting a File Viewer web part to a Document Library web part, the File Viewer web part will not display the associated documents if a custom view - other than All Documents - has been selected in the Document Library web part settings. The only workaround I've come up with so far is to manually change the view from All Documents to a custom view within the Document Library web part command bar each time the page is loaded (thus tricking the connected File Viewer web part into opening the selected documents). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
