Microsoft later confirmed the revocation for this reason: “unauthorized interruption (unscheduled break) and leaving the exam environment.” However, I used an official Microsoft‑authorized unscheduled break by clicking “Take a Break”, exactly as documented for the PL‑300 exam. I still had 40 minutes remaining and 6 case‑study questions left. It is 2026, yet there is still a major contradiction between: Microsoft’s rules (which allow official breaks), and OnPersonVUE’s enforcement (which treats them as violations). Which rules should candidates follow? Why not me?
