Hello, for a few weeks now, one or two chats with the same name "Announcement Playback Service" have been appearing in my recent chats without explanation. Since the new chat update, they have remained permanently static in recent chats. I can't remove them, delete them, move them, or hide them. They're very annoying. I want to remove them. Does anyone know how? I've attached photos. (desktop and web versions) is the same problem When trying to move them from container: When I hit "Discard" nothing happens:4.8KViews0likes4CommentsError "We can't load Org-wide app settings right now." while blocking published custom app.
Hi Team, While blocking published custom Teams App via Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Error "We can't load Org-wide app settings right now." is shown. Why and How can I address it? This user have strongest (global admin) permission so I don't think this is due to user's permission. I've found similar error here but couldn't get enough info for fix... https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/org-wide-settings-won-t-load/m-p/353864 Thanks in advance!5.4KViews0likes10CommentsHow to investigate Teams errors or analyse the log file
From time to time errors happen within Teams. One current example of that is that users cannot create a new planner plan and add it as a tab within Teams. There is just this error message "Failed to create the plan" but no hint where to look. Is there any place within the logs I could take a look for errors like these?Solved3.4KViews0likes1CommentFile not found Error - PowerPoint Presentation within Teams Meeting
I ran into an issue this evening where a colleague had trouble getting her presentations to load and present within Teams Meetings on the Mac desktop app. She had shared presentations this way before without an issue. After ruling out a number of other possibilities (file location in recent different from current location, uploading to Team Channel files first, saving a copy of the Shared presentation), she was still experiencing the error and receiving this message: Eventually, my colleague shared the presentation with me and I was able to reproduce the error on the Windows desktop. The error was being caused by the filename 'Class Meeting #4'. Removing the '#' fixed the error for both of us. After having diagnosed the issue, my colleague was also able to fix and present the other presentation that she'd had trouble with this week. Lesson learned: Never include '#' signs in PowerPoint filenames that you intend to present within Teams Meetings. I could not find documentation of this error or issue, so thought it might be helpful to post it here for othersSolved4.1KViews0likes2Comments
