Scan-to-email wrong timestamp
Hi all, I am posting this to the Canon forums and Microsoft Outlook forums. I have a co-worker that whenever they use our network attached Canon ImageCLASS MF247dw using scan-to-email on the printer itself, his scanned image emails come with the wrong time stamp, they are dated one hour back. This also happens for a couple other co-workers. I am 99% sure i have compared Outlook settings including timezone settings, and the Canon MF247dw address book settings across the users it works for and does not work for and as far as i see they all match. Everyone is set to the same time zone, checked settings across Outlook and the Windows 10 machines. For the life of me i cannot figure out why some co-workers scan-to-email comes through Outlook as correct time stamp, and some say they are one hour behind. I have also checked the settings for day light savings. We all use the same Windows 10 version, same Outlook versions. Any thoughts or tips?1.4KViews0likes1CommentHow resolve 'Remote server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable.' error while send an email

About a week ago, I noticed that all URLs were suddenly extremely long/obscure, and beginning with something like:https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url= It destroys the URL visibility experience. I quickly realized that this was an Office 365 (E5) feature called ATP, but I'm not talking about Office 365 here but rather the consumer Outlook.com site. I need to find out if we're going to be able to disable this, and when. It's unbelievable that MS just foisted it on us, since it's not even in the vast majority of Office 365 plans! I realize that some people have been seeing it longer than one week.148KViews13likes73CommentsOutlook Error: The message can't be sent right now. Please try again later

Hi Everyone, I just want to seek assistance and guidance on how to properly do Email Forwarding to Multiple Recipients in Outlook. We have subscribed to an Exchange Online Plan, and we access our emails via the Outlook OWA. We have one generic mailbox that we use for general inquiries, this mailbox will store a copy of the messages and forward the email messages to multiple recipients. I tried doing in on the Admin Center - but it only allows to forward to one (1) recipient. I tried Options>Mail>Accounts>Forwarding> - only allows one (1) recipient. I have read somewhere that you can do this on the Inbox and Sweep Rules, so I added a rule forwarding all messages to two(2) email address in the same domain, but it does not work. So far the only way I was able to accomplish this is by adding a Distribution List in the Groups, add the recipients, and set the DL address on the Forwarding (Options>Mail>Accounts>Forwarding>). Thank you in advance. Ice3.4KViews0likes4CommentsCategories in OWA

In OWA I can assign a category, I can manage the categories, BUT I can't find how I can see messages grouped forcategories. Someone can explain me? I am unable to attach/send a file from my OneDrive for Business site using the Outlook for iOS app. The file type does not matter, I have tested with docx and xlsx. I receive the error message shown below and the message goes to my drafts folder. For some of the files I do not even get the attach option, insert OneDrive for Business Link is the only option. Inserting a link to the file works without issue. I can open the OneDrive app on my iOS device and choose send file, copy to Outlook and the file will send without issue. Our MDM application is not set to restrict this behavior. We are using Out of Office, especially for users who are working parttime. The integration within the Office products are great for displaying the availability of the user, e.g. when writing an email message. Therefor, the email notification sent by Outlook/Exchange is unnecessary and even considered internal spam. Is it possible to turn off the emails or to prevent sending them?Solved177KViews0likes2CommentsMultiple old emails are downloading again automatically in outlook
