Hello, We use shared Windows 10 computers in our meeting rooms, which automatically log into a dedicated account for that meeting room. When users log into their Teams account, their Teams account credentials are saved somewhere. Because the next time their login name is entered, teams signs in, without asking for a password. This happens even when the user logs out of Teams, before shutting down the PC. Where can I find these cached credentials, and how can I clear these cached credentials? What I already tried: 1) Clearing all entries in the credential manager with the command: for /F "tokens=1,2 delims= " %G in ('cmdkey /list ^| findstr Target') do cmdkey /delete %H (https://blog.rmilne.ca/2019/01/11/script-to-clear-credman/) 2) Deleting the folder %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams Clearing the complete browsing history, cookies, etc.. from the Chrome browser and Internet Explorer browser. (https://bootnet.biz/clear-microsoft-teams-cache/) 3) Enable the GPO setting: Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication 4) Rebooting But after these steps, when logging into teams with a account which is used before, without asking for a password login is possible. I've changed some permissions on Teams Admin Centre so I and other owners can now delete posts in Teams. However, is there a way to delete chats from live lessons/meetings? As we all know what students can be like. FYI: Student's cannot delete their own chats, however owners have the ability to. ThanksSolved1.1KViews0likes1CommentHow to Delete Bulk Videos
Hello to everyone, Due to the online lessons we do on Teams, our Stream area is almost full. There are hundreds of old videos we want to delete, and it takes a lot of time to delete them one by one. Is there any way to delete videos in bulk? Thank you.Solved1.7KViews0likes2CommentsTeams and Class Notebook
In the panic to quickly get learning online as schools closed, we moved to using Teams with absolutely no training or knowledge of how it worked. I set up my teams and then activated class notebook through each of the teams. I then did all my 'learning', discovered onenote and have come to realise that my way of doing things probably wasn't the best way to go about setting things up. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. We are in the process of changing to next years school timetable, so I now need to delete 10 teams and class notebooks, but I cannot find a way to do so. It appears that if I just delete the team, the notebook still remains (albeit now inaccessible). Everything I'm reading points me to deleting class notebooks through onedrive, but as the teams were not set up through onenote, there is no evidence on them on onedrive. I also can't delete them through onenote as again, they weren't created there, so there is no evidence of them. I'm actually really enjoying the functions available through teams and class notebook and am looking to build them into my teaching as a permanent feature, not just for this temporary time, so I really would like to find a way to delete these notebooks! Can anyone help me to delete these class notebooks from my teams please?1.9KViews1like2CommentsDelete organization and disconnect the emails
