Unable to leave & delete the Microsoft Teams free organization associate with my email ID
Hi, This is Ram. I have trying to delete my microsoft teams(free) org account which is associated or linked with personal email ID: mailto:knv.ramarao@outlook.com. I have created the microsoft Teams free org account with organization name : "VOAR". Now I want to leave/delete the same, because I want to create a new microsoft Teams organization account (paid subscription) with my existing email Id - mailto:knv.ramarao@outlook.com, for my organization as there is a change in my organization name. I have read that, in order to leave the organization & delete the microsoft teams free org, I should be the admin for the account. FYI, I am the already the admin for the above "VOAR" Teams free org account. I have already deleted my azure directory associated with it. Even then I am unable to leave the organization. When I am trying to leave the organization option from the following Access Panel Applications page: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/r#/applications its displays an error message asking to contact support. Please find attached the screenshot of the error msg. Kindly assist on the above & help me resolve the issue. Regards, Ram
There is no way to to delete a free team organization
I tried to deleted my free team organisation and I found support articles here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/delete-your-teams-free-organization-2c28cfcf-3fbf-497c-938f-8815a8f6a6b9 However, I contacted the support they told me free version is not available for phone support. I need to ask for help onlin.e I found similar threads in this community and the solution provided in https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/how-can-i-delete-teams-free-organization/m-p/219506#M15884 does not work for me. I uses personal account, I cannot logged into the https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/homepage Anyone can help me? I fell disappointed on the Teams.
