Work/Web Toggle Not present on Microsoft 365 copilot
Hi there, I am unable to see the work/web toggle and other features of the paid version of microsoft 365 copilot. Can you help with this? I was able to see it in Word, Excel, Powerpoint but accessing copilot from onedrive, onenote, loop, outlook, teams or even on m365.cloud.microsoft, I couldnt see the features of the paid version of copilot. I tried manually updating the license but couldnt find those options for some of the app. I am using M365 for Mac. Can you help with this. I had included a screenshot of this. I check my subscriptions and I had already been assigned the correct license.

I am taking a training course on learn.microsoft and this word "Microsoft 365 Copilot Bizchat" just came out of nowhere... I went few slides/pages of the training course and even googled it but there is no definition or clarification of it either sigh... Hi Everyone, At my company we're setting up copilot. After allowing access through the Admin Centers we've encountered various oddities. Some users can use the sharepoint/onedrive search functionality. But most can't. Some users have the Copilot button in some of their apps. There is no consistency in which app they get it. Some have it in word, others in excel, some in multiple, some in none. A handful of users have Copilot in all apps. Things like transcribe work fine everywhere. We switched intune to push Office apps with Current Channel instead of Semi-Annual, to no avail. We use M365 Business premium with the Teams phone standard addon.
CoPilot for M365 only available as a yearly?
How does a company as successful and forward thinking as Microsoft consistently get it wrong. The uptake of CoPilot among our customer base of 100 clients can be counted on half a hand. We have a customer that would like to trial 5 x users but there is no trial available and the only option is to subscribe to a twelve month commitment for each user. Every other M365 product we use has a monthly option. Why would you do that?

As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing. A bundled or tiered pricing approach could encourage broader adoption and enhance the overall value perception of Microsoft 365. Thank you for considering my feedback.
