After switching from portrait to landscape mode on my second monitor, my taskbar seems to be stuck on the left side of the screen. My taskbar also no longer has any icons and all of the icons that are normally in the taskbar corner are overlapping with each other. I've already attempted restarting the windows explorer and rebooting my PC. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this now. (Photo provided)61KViews0likes13CommentsInsider Program Switching channel
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I am facing with my Windows Insider Program settings. By mistake, I switched my device to the Dev Channel, but I would like to return to the Beta Channel. I attempted to switch back to Beta and even recovered my system once to resolve the issue. However, after an update, my system reverted to the Dev Channel again. I do not require the Dev Channel and would prefer to stay on the Beta Channel. Unfortunately, I am unable to perform a clean installation of Windows, as my laptop contains private and critical data that I cannot risk losing. I kindly request your assistance in providing a solution to help me switch back to the Beta Channel without the need for a clean installation. Please Microsoft team reach me out with the mail with solution i dont want to lose my data as i dont have any bootable drive2Views0likes0CommentsTurning on Windows Sandbox feature hangs
I just got a new Dell machine with Windows 11 Pro installed on it. I wanted use the machine with Virtual Machines as well as Windows Sandbox feature. When I enable Hyper-V feature, the reboot works fine. After than when I enable Windows Sandbox feature, it reboots and goes to a screen with “Customizing feature for you. You’re 100% there. Please keep your computer on.” And then freezes there. Dell says this is software issue and will have to pay for the support. I just got this machine and not so happy that I’m running into this. Only way for me to get out of this is reinstall the OS. I really need the Windows Sandbox feature. That is the main reason for buying a machine with Windows 11 Pro. Any help is appreciated. Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 17 laptop. I have just updated the latest Windows 11 dated September 8. All of a sudden, my Bluetooth was not working anyway. I checked what software was affected by the update, it showed the Bluetooth software was removed. I tried to install the software again via Dell website and restarted, still no Bluetooth. In the Settings, Bluetooth was not shown so I cannot turn it on. What can I do to get Bluetooth back ? Any suggestions and comments are much appreciated. Thank you.36Views0likes1CommentTaskbar icons keep getting smaller
My taskbar icons keep getting smaller. They are getting so small they are difficult to make out. This has happened in stages. I have not changed my scale settings, which are the recommended ones. Everything else displayed has remained as it was. Only the taskbar icons have changed. There is no direct taskbar scale setting in Windows 11. What could cause this weird behavior? How can I fix it?353Views0likes6CommentsMarking Quarantine Notice senders as safe for entire tenant
Our users get quarantine notices weekly. They're configured to come from mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons (the domain specific to tenant).. sometimes they come from mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons anyways, but this is fine. The thing is, I end up with a LOT of users who end up receiving these in their junk mail. We have a lot of tenants - I don't really have the time to keep checking them, taking action on mis-junked items. Most stuff is configured to go to quarantine anyway. What's the best way to allow these senders? The IB Anti-Spam safe-senders component is not Secure-Score recommended, and we try to keep these scores high. But the tenant allow/block list allows a max of 45days since last use. There's so many options, I'm a little confused as to what's 'right' ThanksSave the date: Windows Office Hours - September 18, 2025
