5 TopicsSensitivity Label change alert
We have successfully rolled out Sensitivity Labels across our organization. All users an admins subscribe to M365 E5 I would like create an alert email which fires when a Sensitivity Label is replaced with a lower-order label on any document or email. The Activity Explorer logs in Purview show the labell applied, but events, but I am struggling to find a way to create an alert. I tried using PowerAutomate, but unable to find a solution there. Greetings, I'm looking for some advice on a challenge we are facing with accessing mailboxes from terminated users. Currently, we have some managers who need access to terminated employees' emails for valid business reasons, and our current process involves exporting PSTs from eDiscovery, which can be time-consuming and cumbersome. Moreover, once we pass the PST to the requestor, we lose control of it, which is not ideal because it's not subject to retention policies. We've considered creating a shared mailbox, importing the PST there, and giving access to the requestor, but that takes too long and involves too many parties in the process (exporting the PST, legal team, creating the shared folder, X team, giving access to said shared mailbox, eventually removing it, Y team, etc.). I would like to know if there is a self-service way for approved employees to access mailboxes from terminated users (users that no longer exist in Active Directory and are only available in eDiscovery). Any insights or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.1.3KViews1like2CommentsPull Audit and Compliance Data via Microsoft Graph
We have been using reports and dashboards in Microsoft Compliance Center. The big issue on those is that the data is only available and limited for 30 days. We need to pull audit/compliance data such as those we have in https://compliance.microsoft.com/:: a. Microsoft Purview --> Reports: Retention Label Usage, Sensitivity Label Usage, Retention Label Changes, Label trends over the past X days, DLP Policy Matches, DLP Incidents, DLP false positives and overrides, plus b. those we have in Microsoft Purview --> Reports --> Activity Explorer but for more than 30 days, for any date range we wish to pull the data for and have a report. I would like to know if with Microsoft Graph we can pulling this information via Graph, and then feed it into some PowerBi Dashboard. Any help or directions if you ever had such experience, solution is appreciated. Ali1.1KViews0likes1CommentPlanned Release of EXO V2 module version 2.0.6-Preview5
We are using "Connect-IPPSSession" command to connect with Compliance PowerShell with input parameter as AppId because we are using App Only Authentication . But it seems that this support is provided as part EXO V2 module version 2.0.6-Preview5 which is not released yet. When we can expect the release of this module so that we can use this functionality in our PowerShell script. Thanks & Regards, Sayali M. sarah gilbert Chris Hoard recommended that reach out here and seek your wisdom. I seek a functional comparison chart for the E series (licesenses) to the equivalent G- Government for Compliance Center. Is there such a comparison available? The challenge is that we have former non-gov IT folks now working in Gov and they are seeking/expecting functionality that was in Enterprise M365, but _appears_ to not be in Gov. We seek a "this is in e, but not in g" kind of resource. Is there such a thing? Thanks for the help and clarity on this front will greatly improve our M365 adoption!
