(First of all, I searched and searched using various terms and could not find any place this is being discussed. Nor could I find a forum or thread on Outlook Addins. If there is a Community Manager reading this and you know of a better place, please move it.) I just want to compliment Microsoft on an add-in called FindTime. Why? I have been depending on electronic calendars for years now. I "live and die" by my calendar. (I was a Day Timer user for years before PDA's became useful.) In my work I have a number of clients, many of whom do not use Exchange in any form, that I have to schedule meetings with. And some of these involve meetings of boards and committees. Being a 1-man operation I don't have the luxury of having an administrative assistant to arrange meetings with multiple individuals. Using FindTime is like having my own Administrative Assistant calling and emailing back and forth trying to arrange a convenient time for multiple folks to meet, either online or in-person. If you are constantly trying to coordinate meetings, internal and/or external, you really need to look at FindTime!3.8KViews13likes7CommentsProblem with Outlook classic
Hello, how do I ask for help in this forum about a problem that the support desk seems to have no idea how to fix? My Outlook Classic on my desktop will not open 3rd party links and tells me that my organisation has a policy preventing it happening and to contact my Help Desk but I have a family subscription and no help desk. Even when a person rang me to talk to me after multiple reports, part way through our conversation he just disappeared. I am in Australia so the time difference may be an issue. An example of the problem is that I received a retail company email featuring a link to view their catalogues and my Outlook won't open it because of a policy I never asked for. I don't know if this is the right forum but it's the only one I could find to ask a question on.189Views1like4CommentsSynchronization issue in New Outlook for Mac – ״Failed to refresh subscriptions.״
Hello, I am using Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) on Mac, running macOS 26.1 (Tahoe). My Outlook client is: Outlook for Mac Version 16.103.3 (25113013), with a Microsoft 365 Subscription license. Since yesterday morning, in the New Outlook interface, my inbox has suddenly appeared empty, and I constantly receive the following error message: “Failed to refresh subscriptions.” It’s important to note: In Legacy Outlook, everything works perfectly. The web version and the Outlook app on my mobile phone also work well. The issue persists regardless of the network I am on (home, office, cellular, etc.). Troubleshooting steps I already tried: • Updating Outlook to the latest version • Removing and re‑adding the account • Clearing cache and preferences • Formatting my Mac and reinstalling everything from scratch Unfortunately, none of these steps has resolved the issue. Is this a known bug, and is there a recommended workaround or an upcoming fix? Appreciate assistance on that issue.1.2KViews1like6CommentsOutlook 2013 Unable to Setup email

HI all, I would like to redirect all phishing emails by users to the collective mailbox for analysis. Report Phishing add-ins on Outlook. If the user selects phishing, the message ends up in the trash and nothing happens. We would like to transfer all suspect emials into another main mailbox. If we knew the primary email address Report Phishing so that we can be redirected to the designated address. Possibly, are there any modifications via PowerShell? Are there any options for generating reports from the Phishing Report? What are the other options or availability? All ideas are welcome BR, Luk4.5KViews1like3CommentsFeature request for Microsoft Outlook: allow for different work times for different days in calendar
Microsoft, please consider implementing this enhancement/feature request/idea for allowing different work (i.e., start and end) times to be set for different days of the week for the calendar in Microsoft Outlook (2016 and later) via the "File" menu/tab -> "Options" menu -> "Calendar" menu -> "Work time" group/section. HI just a development suggestion I use calendar to schedule all my meetings but also use it to annotate things I want to mention, things I need to do after and other stuff relating to the meeting but not necessarily for sharing with the meeting participants. I would like the option of adding detail into the calendar entry without needing to send them an update. There needs to be a 'do not send as update' option (unless I am missing something) so I can keep notes. thanks Sean1.5KViews1like5Comments
