Feature parity between Web and Desktop/Mobile TODO (Categories)
It looks like there isn't feature parity between the Web version of To Do and the Desktop/Mobile apps. Specifically, the web version has access to and displays UI components that allow us to select Categories to assign to our To Do items, yet this ability does not exist on the Desktop/Mobile Apps. Furthermore the display of assigned categories to Items created on the Web interface is not consistent on the Desktop/Mobile apps. The Desktop will show the category assigned to the item (but does not allow modification), however the Mobile App does not indicate any category assignment at all. Can we please get a feature parity w.r.t Categories between the Web, Mobile, and Desktop app of To Do ? Thank you.
Group by Category disappeared
I have been flagging emails in Outlook and adding a Category with the name of someone who is responsible to deal with the content of that email. This gets automatically added to To Do and when I move it from my flagged email list to a proper list, I have been able to group all of these email tasks by Category. It's been working great and my team can see their own tasks easily by grouping by Category. For some reason, this option disappeared yesterday and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I can get the Group By Categories option back or where else I should look for it?
For a multi-person (shared) To Do list, can the same categories be shared on each person's list?
Using a shared To Do list with 2 people. Is there a way that 1 person can label with a category and the other person can see it? The categories I place on the shared list do not show on the list of the other individual I share the list with. I know the category comes from my calendar but we share calendar access. I need both of us to be able to see what category each task has been assigned. If not, is there any other way to organize a to do list except prioritized vs not prioritized?

In our organization are shared mailboxes a commom used item. We want to go with the flow and want to migrate to office365 groups. This new groups has the future, so the can be used in more options as de shared mailbox. How ever the group calander is a step back in time. Many departments uses the calender function of the shared mailbox and uses also the colored category function to see which task and/or messages belongds to which employee. When an employee change the status of an item every other employee sees this chages at the changed color and description. In de calender of the MS365 group the catergorization is only functional in the outlook session of an user. So when a user create a calender item this items appears in every members outlook sessie, however the catergorization whice is made to the item is not visual for the other members. On the internet I see notice of this back to 2019. Is there a roadmap which tells when this will be implemented. Without the categorization the group calender is not useful to us.
Categories in To Do mobile apps
Hello - I've moved away from the To Do for Android app in favor of the To Do web app since the web app supports categories. Is there a plan in the works to support categories on the mobile apps? I tried using lists instead of categories, but the ability to tag tasks with multiple categories is too useful once you get used to using it that way. It's a shame because the mobile app is much more performant than the web app on a mobile browser.
Categorise mail based on an address in the cc field when sending and receiving mail in Outlook 365
Hi, I'd like to know if this is possible please. I send many emails directly (to) and indirectly (cc) to someone and would like to group them all together for reference in a category. I can't figure out how to apply a rule to a cc field, is this possible? I'd also like to add mail received indirectly (cc) from this person to the same category. If there is another way to achieve this result then please let me know.
