2 TopicsMS Bookings Tracking Data (refID) generate bad request page.
Starting this week, specifically on November 15th, our implementation of refID in MS Bookings URL is resulting in a bad request page. Up until this week, our marketing teams successfully utilized tracking data on both services and pages without any issues. We have a total of 80 pages plus their services, but currently, only one is functioning properly with refID in URLs. The problem is also visible on the Microsoft tutorial page. When clicking on the link with the provided refID (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/bookings/customize-booking-page?view=o365-worldwide), it leads to the same bad request page. Have there been any modifications on Microsoft's end since last week? The ongoing marketing campaign is being significantly affected as clients are unable to utilize the provided links.577Views0likes0CommentsEra of AI
