The Phone Link on the computer is where the issues are and under Calls I have lost the ability to use the phone feature. I've followed calls troubleshooting. I removed all Bluetooth apps including unpairs. This didn't fix the issue. I've terminated, repaired, and reset then I cleared these again and uninstalled. Redownloaded it from the Microsoft store and still cannot connect. Microsoft store and Windows Updates are up to date. On the Samsung S20fe phone I've cleared Link to Windows/Link to Windows Service. The phone is all up to date Update: The issue is happening as soon as I confirm the pin with the computer and phone to connect to calls. It will then say that I have another device linked using Bluetooth. Hi everybody, is there a possibility to set up the call forwarding in the Call Center feature to a way, that "busy" is considered "busy on the phone"(an agent actually talking to somebody) and not the status "busy in the agents calendar" for an event. This means the Agent has an calendar entry with the status "busy" but is actually free for phone calls, It's just that Teams is considering the Outlook event as a "busy" block?! Can this be circumvented somehow, so that Teams considers "busy" only "user is actually busy on the phone"? Best regards, Matthias9.9KViews1like3CommentsMake a call through teams
Hello, Is there an API to make a call through teams? I would like to develop something on a web page that when you click a number it calls a teams API and dials that number. We had this functionality with our legacy PBX but I can't seem to find a way to get it working with teams. I saw you can link teams to the tel: protocol in windows 10 but this causes about 3 clicks before the call is actually placed, I was looking for something more straight forward from the end user point of view. Thank you, JamesSolved1.4KViews1like2CommentsCalls during running call in teams.
Hi everyone, Is there any documentation that states how teams runs during calls? Example: Some weeks ago, when user1 tries to call user2 and user2 already is in another call, user1 received a message stating the user2 is in another call/busy. But nowadays, when user1 tries to call user2 and user2 is busy, the calls just dropped; Is it an update on teams or just a isolated case or there is something different to check? Thanks!Solved33KViews1like1Comment
