To Surface the Custom Object Data From Salesforce In Copilot For Sales Side Panel
There is a Key Sales Info Card in Copilot For Sales on connecting to Salesforce CRM it fetches Opportunity, account and contact info in it . I need to display a custom object which is linked to contact and it's associated account in the key sales info . Is there any Process or do we have any workaround to build it in a separate card. We are working with one of our sales teams to evaluate Copilot for Sales. Everyone on the team is set up the same but one particular user is seeing the error message "Can't create a meeting summary". The Sales tab is visible in Teams and but had to be added manually. The other users had the Sales tab appear without any intervention and the Meeting Summaries are being created without any issue. Copilot for Sales works perfectly fine in Outlook and also Dynamics so I am stumped as to the issue. Any suggestions?
Sales Copilot Teams Meeting recap vs Teams Premium Recap
Have been testing the meeting recap feature as I believe this is one of the most useful potential features, but I have been very disappointed by what I'm seeing in the recap. I also have access to Teams Premium and the recap for a meeting that it provides are so much more useful. I am hoping this is a v1 issue and can be improved. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. Change meeting summary idiom and personalize keywords
Good afternoon, in some Microsoft demos I have heard that the intelligent summaries of teams can be modified the language, is that so? How could I do it? I would like to change it from English to Spanish. On the other hand, I have also heard that you can modify the keywords so that those that adapt to your business are detected, can it be? How would it be done? Thanks!!
